The Yoder Smokers YS640S Pellet Grill is the ultimate in versatility. Yoder Smokers introduced direct grilling to the pellet industry nearly fifteen years ago and that legacy continues with the YS640S. This model is mounted on a competition cart for easy mobility. We took our tried-and-true competition cart and upgraded it with 150 pounds worth of storage capacity that is built into the competition cart.

This new cart is fully powder coated in all standard colors. The cart is perfectly paired with fit & finish that is top of mind and constructed from heavy-duty 10-gauge steel. This heavy-duty drawer keeps all your gear and tools within arm’s reach while cooking and provides secure storage until your next cook. Everything from the Yoder Smokers Wood-fired Oven to grilling grates, gloves, cast iron griddle, and more. The drawer is weather and dust resistant conveniently located in the end of cart to keep the front print compact. This competition cart features wire shelves and 8″ casters with flat-free tires for markedly more maneuverability, while integrated tie-downs make it easy to secure for travel. Yoder Pellet Grills are built like a tank, just ask any pellet grill owner. The hopper is constructed of 14-gauge steel, while the cooking chamber is constructed of 10-gauge steel. Lift the hood on this grill and you’ll quickly understand why this will be your grill for life.

Let’s start with the control board. The Adaptive Control System (ACS) control board boasts impressive temperature control and precise built-in food monitoring.
