This brine is loaded with smoked habanero peppers, ancho chilies, onion, garlic, and balanced with the sweetness of apple juice. This brine puts a kick into your gameday wings, a serious depth of flavor into cops and loin, and fire into your favorite fajita meat. Designed to work perfectly with chicken, pork, and beef. This formula is all-natural, gluten-free, and fat-free. Just pour over the meat, and add 1 part of water for every 1 part of brine. We recommend approximately 1/2 Cup brine bath per 1 lb of meat.
