1.1 Website Purpose: Our Site is an online storefront dedicated to barbecue enthusiasts, home grill masters, and anyone who cherishes the art of outdoor cooking. We offer a curated selection of products to fuel your passion.

1.2 User Obligations: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

1.3 Account: You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

2.2 Product Information: We strive to display product colors, images, specifications, and availability as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. Product descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee.

2.3 Food Safety & Consumables: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all food and consumable products are FINAL SALE. This includes all sauces, glazes, marinades, brines, injections, seasonings, rubs, condiments, and dips. Once these flavor-packed items leave our warehouse, we cannot ensure their integrity for resale.

3.1 Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. The total charge will include the product price plus applicable shipping fees and taxes.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed at the time of order.

3.4 Order Acceptance & Processing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

4.1 Shipping Areas: We ship authentic BBQ culture worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Restrictions will be indicated at checkout.

4.2 Shipping Methods & Costs:

• Standard Shipping: Cost: $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Customer’s Shipping Responsibility: Once the package leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5.1 Return Eligibility: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most non-food, non-consumable items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5.2 Return Process:

1. Initiate Request: Contact our Customer Care at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details.
2. Receive RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
3. Ship Item: Securely pack the item with the RMA inside and ship to our provided address using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection & Refund: After inspection (3-5 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5.3 Exchanges: For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item. Standard shipping rates apply based on the new order total.

5.4 Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue.
